Rare Breed Meat Company
Our meat products come from the Rare Breed Meat Company from family-run Herons Farm on the Essex/Suffolk border. Established in the 1980s, they offer a wide range of meat products. All livestock is free-range and reared to high welfare standards with full traceability.
Flying Fish Seafoods
Our fish products come from Flying Fish Seafoods – a Royal Warrant holding supplier of premium Cornish seafood, founded in 2006 delivering expertly selected fish and shellfish to chefs across the UK within 48 hours, all year round. Sourced sustainably to ensure the freshest, most responsible seafood from ship to plate.
