Our head chef, Dan, trained at Leith’s Food and Wine Academy, where he earned an accredited professional chef diploma in the Culinary Arts. He also holds professional qualifications in Wine and Marine Cookery and has experience at two prestigious London hotels. Our second chef James has received a similarly high standard of qualification from Leith’s Food and Wine Academy and vast experience in the private sector. Our talented junior pastry chef Jennai created mouth-watering desserts that are sure to hit the spot after your main course. Finally, Leanne, who is currently studying towards one of Leith’s Professional Certificates also offers her expertise and skill, helping to create our wide range of delectable dishes.
